By accessing or using the A&N Jewellers website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour, weight, or dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery and differences in screen displays. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Pricing errors, if any, will be corrected and customers notified before order fulfilment.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order (except for Cash on Delivery). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. COD is available for orders up to ₹50,000 at our discretion.
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. All shipments are insured against loss and damage during transit at no additional cost.
Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are borne by us for defective or incorrect items; otherwise, a deduction may apply.
All content on this Site — including designs, images, logos, text, and software — is the property of A&N Jewellers or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
A&N Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
