Packaging: Every order is carefully packaged in a branded jewellery box with anti-tarnish lining, cushioned padding, and a tamper-proof outer cover. All shipments are insured.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

Delivery areas: We currently deliver across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability and estimated delivery date for your location.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Return

2Select the order and click “Request Return”
3We'll arrange a free pickup from your address within 2 business days
4Refund is processed within 3–5 business days after inspection

Exchanges

Want a different size or design? We offer free exchanges within 15 days of delivery. If the new item is priced differently, we'll adjust the amount accordingly. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
